Color Case and Rust Bluing Gun Restoration Services

My name is Allen Springer, a second-generation gunsmith, and I live in the foothills of the Big Snowy Mountains near Moore, Montana.

I restore antique firearms, concentrating on rust bluing and case color finishes with the goal of duplicating original factory finishes as close as possible.  

I do all the rust bluing and case coloring work myself, with no additional employees or apprentices.  All polishing is done by hand and all screwholes, contours, and lettering are left sharp and original.

I do build some 2-piece gunstocks for Marlin and Winchesters as time permits, but I do not do gunstock checkering.

I have a Federal Firearm License (FFL) to allow for shipping to myself at Snowy Mountain Blue.
